By: RHETT MANUEL Sports Editor EUNICE – It’s the end of an era on LSU-Eunice’s campus. With the school moving forward with a renovation project of its baseball complex soon, the NJCAA Region 23 baseball tournament was the curtain call for the ballpark in its original iteration.
While flanked by members of the Sacred Heart baseball team, Briggs Ardoin (seated) is pictured after signing to continue his playing career at Baton Rouge Community College. Among those also pictured are Ellis Fusilier, Parker Feucht, Hayden Droddy, Sam Veillon, Nick Fontenot, Everett Johnson, John Michael Duplechin, Jackson Bruney, Boyce Schexnider, Brad Fusilier, Wade Pitre, and Sam Richardson.
