Local man gives tips on landscaping for beginners

Phillip Cavins, who has always had an interest in landscaping, is now getting to try his hand at transforming an ordinary yard into a masterful creation. According to the 22-year-old, he has given this trade a try in the past, but he has never had the means to really make something spectacular.
