VIDALIA – Much has been made of the culture change surrounding Mamou High’s girls basketball program in its first year under head coach Andrew Dwyer.
Thursday night proved the hoopla wasn’t all for naught as the No. 21-seeded Lady Demons went on the road and pulled a gritty upset of No. 12 Vidalia by a 38-32 margin.
