MAMOU – Graveside services were held at Courville Cemetery on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at 10 a.m. for Diana Mary Deshotels, 81, who passed away on Saturday, June 11, 2022. At the request of the family, visitation was observed at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Mamou on Monday, June 13, 2022, from 5 p.m.

Nasen Joseph Fontenot Jr., 76, of Ville Platte, passed away on June 9, 2022, at Mercy Regional Medical Center. His mother, Tonnie Belle Fontenot, and father, Nasen Joseph Fontenot Sr., predeceased him. Nasen Jr.
