VILLE PLATTE - Funeral services for Stacy “Bubba” E. Howerton Jr, 42, will be held at 11 a.m. today, Thursday April 12, 2018 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with burial to follow.
A current resident of Youngsville, and a Ville Platte native, Stacy passed away Sunday, April 8, 2018.
He leaves behind his loving family, mother, Jennifer Veillon Jolly of Youngsville; father, Stacy E. Howerton Sr. and wife, Debbie of Ville Platte; children, Spencer James Vizinat, and Cameron Paul Vizinat, both of Point Blue, Staci Elise Howerton, and Greyson Drake Howerton, both of Texas; siblings, Christy H. Trujillo and husband, Miguel of Broussard; Jamie H. O’Connor and husband, Kenneth, Jessica Howerton all of Ville Platte, Stuart Howerton and wife, Crystal of Pine Prairie; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held Wednesday, April 11, 2018 from 2 p.m.-9 p.m., with a rosary recited at 6:30 p.m., and will resume again today, Thursday, April 12, 2018 at 8 a.m.
