Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 5, 2018 at Word of Faith Full Gospel Church in Mamou, for Mr. L T Ardoin, 71, who entered eternal rest, Friday, April 27, 2018 at his residence in Mamou.
Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Bishop Richard Frank will officiate at the services.
Mr. Ardoin is survived by his wife, Mrs. Willie Mae Simien Ardoin of Mamou; four children, Joseph H. Simien of Chataignier, Glenda Frank (Richard) of Lafayette, Linda Stenson of Opelousas, and Randle Ardoin of Mamou; five brothers, L V Ardoin, Calvin Ardoin (Leola) both of Ville Platte, Wilton Ardoin of Mamou, Wilson Ardoin (Cassandra) of Plaisance, and Elvin Ardoin (Sandra) of Mamou; four sisters, Eloise Charles (Lennis) of Texas City, TX, Maudrey Thomas (Sonny), and Audrey Ardoin, both of Eunice, and Mary Jack (Elton) of Lafayette; 11 grandchildren, five great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Mr. Ardoin was preceded in death by his parents, Edmond & Alice Thomas Ardoin; a sister, Elsie Mae Allison and a grandson, Joseph Malachi Simien.
Visiting hours will be observed from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday, May 4, 2018 at Harvest Time Christian Fellowship Church in Ville Platte. Visiting hours will resume on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at Word of Faith Full Gospel at 8:30 a.m.
