Michael Cary, recipient of the Order of St. Louis IX Medallion, passed away on Wednesday, July 28, 2021, at the age of 70.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation and Funeral Mass at Holy Family Catholic Church in Luling on Monday, August 2, 2021. Visitation will begin at the church at 9 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:30 a.m.

He was a native of Ville Platte and a resident of Luling, and he was a devoted member of the Knights of Columbus, Monday Night Disciples and was heavily involved in the Holy Family Church.
Michael was a beloved husband of Bonnie Rozas Cary; a loving father of Jonathan Cary (Carmela) and Michelle Cary Joseph (Wayne); grandfather of Avin LeBlanc (Jessica), Madison Cary, Cole Cary, Lexie Oncale, and Kylie Joseph; son of the late Pearl Boudreaux Cary and the late Sidney Cary; brother of Tressie Veillon (Donald), Debbie Barbier (Keith), and the late Jean Tate, Ellis Cary and David Cary.
