BAYOU CHICOT - Funeral services for Mrs. Merlyn Fontenot Yielding, 79, were held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, November 6, 2021, at Calvary Baptist Church in Bayou Chicot. Merlyn, a resident of Bayou Chicot, passed away Thursday, November 4, 2021, at Mercy Regional Medical Center.
Burial followed in the Vandenburg Cemetery.
LaVille Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
