VILLE PLATTE - Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Lou Jane Tate Guillory, 87, were held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, and burial followed in the Sacred Heart Mausoleum.
Mrs. Guillory, a resident of Ville Platte, passed away Saturday, May 26, 2018 at her residence.
She will be deeply missed by her loving family, husband, Royalie Guillory of Ville Platte; daughters, Margaret Deshotel and husband, Justin, Kathy Fontenot, and Donna McCracken and husband, Rick, all of Ville Platte; sister Una Fontenot of Tate Cove; seven grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents Adam and Attile Guillory Tate; brothers, Willis Tate, and Wilson Tate; sisters, Adele Tate, Ury Duos, and Rose Ardoin, and granddaughter, Brittany Douget.
Visitation was held Wednesday, May 30, 3018 from 9 a.m. until the time of services, with a rosary being recited at 11 a.m.
