MAMOU- Fernella Landreneau, age 77, lived a happy life just as she wanted it. On November 16, 2017 the Heavens opened to let an angel in.
A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Mamou.
Fern is survived by her three children; Michael James Landreneau and wife, Priscilla of Duson, Robby Wayne Landreneau and wife, Lila of Ville Platte, and Scott Randal Landreneau and wife, Connie of Mamou. Fern had 10 grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and seven step great-grandchildren. She also has four living siblings. Francis “Fran” Fuselier and late husband,Wendel of Ville Platte. Ronald Augustine and wife, Gloria of Sugartown, John Augustine and wife, Donna of Lafayette, and Jasper Augustine and wife, Kathy of Austin, Texas.
She loved to cook for her family. Family was one of the most important things to her. She showed it every day with the love she had for her husband and sons.
Fernella is now reunited in Heaven with her parents Savy and Clarice Augustine, her husband James Lowell Landreneau and two grandsons, Beau Aaron Landreneau and Robby “T-Rob” Landreneau Jr. They surely await her arrival with open arms and joyous hearts.
