SCAN is building bipartisan support to make sure every child has a strong start in life. She said, “We ensure children’s unique needs are met and their voices are heard. SCAN delivers results by advocating for policies that will create positive and lasting change for children — in the U.S. and around the world.” Chatman added she is always in need of volunteers to join her to meet with legislators.
