By: TONY MARKS Editor VILLE PLATTE - The Ville Platte Bulldogs only managed two touchdowns in a 42-12 season-opening loss to Avoyelles last Friday night at home. Avoyelles intercepted a Bulldog pass on the opening drive of the night and capitalized on the change in possession with a 41-yard touchdown run.
