Local resident shoots his age on way to win club championship

Ted Smith, a member of the Ville Platte Golf and Country Club, shot his age of 76 on the first day of a recent tournament and went on to win the club championship with a score of 151. “My score was good enough to have won both the overall and the senior divisions,” he said.…
