On Thursday, May 28, the staff of Heritage Manor gathered to celebrate Administrator Trey Prudhomme, who was named Administrator of the Year and nurse Carla Ardoin, who was recognized as Nurse of the Year by the Louisiana Nursing Home Association (LNHA). They were selected for the honor out of several candidates.
