St. Landry-Evangeline United Way held its 14th annual Women with Heart awards banquet on Friday, April 17, at the Louisiana Equine Sales and Events Center in Opelousas. Executive Director Ginger LeCompte welcomed everyone to the special event and Rev. Dale Fontenot led the opening prayer before the meal was served.
