MAMOU - Twenty-four points separated the Mamou boys’ basketball team from an outright district championship as the Green Demons fell 69-45 at home to the Northwest Raiders last Friday night. It was Mamou’s first loss since January 16.
Despite the loss, Mamou secured the co-district title with Northwest.
Braxton Ardoin led Mamou with 16 points against the Raiders.
