The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following recent bookings into the parish jail. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Arrested were the following persons:
• Johnathan David Chassion, 22, Mamou, was arrested November 13, 2025, by Probation and Parole for cruelty to juveniles - minor injuries. Chassion remains incarcerated on a $2,500.00 bond.
