The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following recent bookings into the parish jail. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Arrested were the following persons:
• Wesley Logan Bertrand, 30, Ville Platte, was arrested July 23, 2025, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for probation violation. Bertrand remains incarcerated on no bond.
