The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following recent bookings into the parish jail. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Arrested were the following persons:
• Dequincy Thibodeaux, 44, Mamou, was arrested July 13, 2025, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for unlawful handling of machine guns. Thibodeaux remains incarcerated on a $50,000.00 bond.
