Today, we take a look back 25 years ago to January 1999.
•Joelle Guichard Pereau, a former French teacher at Sacred Heart in 1973-74, died in a plane crash returning home to France following a month-long visit to the United States. Her husband, sister-in-law, one son and one daughter also perished in the crash.
