Community volunteer Brian Ardoin received a special award from the Louisiana National Guard Saturday, May 28. The Louisiana Distinguished Civilian Service Medal was presented to Ardoin during the Louisiana National Guard’s Youth Challenge Program (YCP) graduation ceremony, held this year at Pineville High School.
