EPSB: Reapportionment plan is tabled; public hearing to be held

    After outbursts from the public and board members, questions over what is a public hearing or a public meeting, procedural issues, and a 5-4 vote, the Evangeline Parish School Board tabled the proposed reapportionment plan and called for a public hearing to be set for a later date on the issue.
