On April 25, 2021, Officers of the Turkey Creek Police Department
were dispatched to 1229 Pine St. Turkey Creek La. 70585 in reference
to a domestic disturbance. Upon investigation both subjects as being
Brock Fontenot and Tori Erwin were arrested for 14:35.3 Domestic
Abuse Battery and held without bond.
On May 7, at 1828 hrs, Officers with the Turkey Creek Police
Department was dispatched to 1289 Saddler St in reference to
Suspect Brittany West (DOB 6-30-89 W/F) causing another
Disturbance. Upon arrival Brittany was outside behind the residence
as if she was hiding. The officer then approached Brittany and
detained her with Handcuffs due to an ongoing problem with the
same disturbances that we've got called to that residence prior to this
call. After the officer placed Brittany in the backseat of the unit she
was read her Miranda rights and advised her she was under arrest. At
that time Brittany advised she had Marijuana hidden in her private,
in which Brittany retrieved herself while in the back seat of the unit.
Brittany has been charged with 40:966 Possession of Marijuana 2 nd ,
14:130.1 Tampering with evidence, and 14:103 Disturbing the peace.
With a bond of $1,500
