The engagement of Miss Lacy Marie Deville, daughter of Michael Deville of Ville Platte and the late Janet Deville to Mr. Alexander Jude Hollier, the son of Judy Hollier of Eunice and Greg Hollier of Crowley, has been announced by the bride and groom.
The couple exchanged wedding vows yesterday, March 16, 2019, at La Belle Venue in Eunice.
Miss Deville is the granddaughter of the late Gassey and Clerdie Deville of Ville Platte and Leocarlie Young of Chataignier and the late Hillary Young. She is a 2007 graduate of Sacred Heart High School and a 2010 graduate of LSUE where she earned an associates degree in nursing. She is presently employed at Acadian Medical Center in Eunice in the labor and delivery department.
Mr. Hollier is the grandson of Dulance Reed and the late Frances Reed of Eunice and Jane Hollier and the late Howard Hollier of Crowley. He is a 2007 graduate of St. Edmund’s High School and a 2011 graduate of ULL where he earned a bachelor’s degree of science in industrial technology. He is currently employed at Cleco in Eunice.
