LakeView Park & Beach in Eunice will once again serve as the backdrop for Dewey Balfa Cajun & Creole Heritage Week, which will be held April 13-17 on the park’s grounds. Full time Balfa Week tuition includes all classes, meals, dances, and workshop. The tuition does not include lodging.

The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of a suspect in connection with the burglary of a local business.
