Pageantry and Pigs come together in annual Swine Festival Pageants

By: DARREL LEJEUNE LSN Editor The annual La. Swine Festival in Basile is set for November 1, 2, 3, but prior to the festivities, a full day of pageantry takes place. This year’s Swine Fest pageants will be held Saturday, October 19, at McFarlain Memorial Gym on the Basile High School campus.
