PP Council discusses issues

During the Pine Prairie Village Council meeting Thursday, Councilwoman Tammy Hammond relayed some issues to Mayor Quint West regarding the Dixie Youth softball fields.
The issues include constructing a canopy for the concession stand, moving a portable trailer to another location, placing some gravel, and constucting a fence along the road.
Mayor West will meet with Councilwoman Hammond and members of the board to further discuss the issue.
The council also discussed the condition of ditches and potholes. Mayor Quint West expressed it is still too wet to cut the grass along the ditches and to repair the potholes.
