Lent Special Benefit
VFW Post 3803 and Ladies Auxiliary will hold a benefit on Wednesday, March 24, from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the new Veteran’s Home located at 550 E. Hickory St.
Tuna fish sandwiches with chips will be sold. Donations of $5 each will be accepted. Orders of 10 or more will be delivered.

Food for Families/Food for Seniors
The Evangeline Community Action Agency Inc. and Food for Families/Food for Seniors will be distributing the food boxes via drive-thru at the Ville Platte Civic Center on Thursday, April 1, from 6 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
