Lagniappe makes changes to delivery process

The Evangeline Lagniappe will be seeing changes coming in July.
In a revamped delivery process of the Evangeline Lagniappe, newspapers will no longer be delivered to homes via the US Postal Service. Those residents of Ville Platte, Chataignier, Bayou Chicot, Turkey Creek, and Pine Prairie will receive home delivery.
There will be several options for out of city limit residents to get their favorite sales papers including those for Champagne’s, Paul’s, Lyon’s Market, and so much more. There will be newsstands placed throughout the parish at the following locations:
Ville Platte - 13 locations
A&A Quick Stop, Teet’s, Hebert’s Boudin and Cracklins, Paul’s, EVN Market (Old Dalbis Meat Market), Village de Memoire, Parkview Apartments, Chateau Des Amis, Heritage Manor, B&S Grocery, B&S Neighborhood Market, Chad’s Auto Stop, and Tobacco Tavern.
Pine Prairie- 3 locations
Fusilier’s Pharmacy, Landreneau’s Grocery, and Fontenot’s Family Grocery.
The “Y” (Barber Spur) - 1 location
The Quick Stop
Bayou Chicot - 1 location
Bayou Chicot Grocery
Turkey Creek - 1 location
Leger’s Grocery
