EPSO recovers stolen ATV

The Evangeline Parish Sheriff Office announced Tuesday morning it has recovered an ATV which had first been reported missing last month.
In a press release from the sheriff's office, Sheriff Eddie Soileau released the following statement. "On Wednesday, April 10, 2019, the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office received a call in
reference to a recovered ATV on Kip Ln. The ATV was discovered by an Evangeline Parish Police Jury worker and was described
as a 2015 Masi ATV Green/ Brown in color in the ditch on a dead-end road. This ATV was reported as stolen out of the St. Landry Parish area.
At this time the ATV was taken to a local tow yard for safe keeping so it could be returned to the rightful owner at a later date.
St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office was notified of the recovered ATV at the time of the incident."
