The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following recent bookings into the parish jail. Arrested were the following persons:
• Scotty Joe Richard, 32, Ville Platte, was arrested on April 28, 2021, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for theft of a motor vehicle and criminal trespass. Richard was released on no bond.
• Marty Randez Attle, 31, Ville Platte, was arrested on April 27, 2021, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, cyberstalking, aggravated criminal damage to property, simple burglary, simple criminal damage to property, intimidating a witness, obstruction of justice, and simple assault. Attle was released on a $132,500.00 bond.
• Tyler James Ardoin, 28, Pine Prairie, was arrested on April 27, 2021, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for domestic abuse battery child endangerment law. Ardoin remains incarcerated on no bond.
• Jerome Randall Ardoin, 44, Mamou, was arrested on April 28, 2021, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for simple battery and probation or parole violation. Ardoin remains incarcerated on a $2,500.00 bond.
• Thaddeus Andrus Donatto, 34, Opelousas, was arrested on April 28, 2021, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear for court. Donatto was released on no bond.
• Michael Wayne Tate, 52, St. Landry, was arrested on April 30, 2021, by State Police for DWI 1st offense, possession of alcoholic beverages in a vehicle, and authorized emergency vehicle. Tate was released on a $3,550.00 bond.
• Kimberly Faye Taylor, 21, Ville Platte, was arrested on April 29, 2021, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for possession of CDS II with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia. Taylor was released on a $12,500.00 bond.
• Nikki Dawnell Soileau, 35, Ville Platte, was arrested on April 29, 2021, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for possession of CDS Schedule II and possession of drug paraphernalia. Soileau remains incarcerated on a $12,500.00 bond.
• Douglas Keith Fontenot, 22, Ville Platte, was arrested on April 29, 2021, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of CDS Schedule I, and possession of CDS Schedule II. Fontenot remains incarcerated on a $13,000.00 bond.
• Christopher Freeman, 35, Ville Platte, was arrested on April 29, 2021, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for simple assault, battery of correctional facility employee, simple battery, and failure to appear for court. Freeman remains incarcerated on an $11,500.00 bond.
