The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following recent bookings into the parish jail. Arrested were the following persons:
• Keith R. Thomas, 29, Mamou, was arrested on April 19, 2021, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear for court. Thomas was released on a $1,500.00 bond.
• Elliott Lafleur, 55, Ville Platte, was arrested on April 18, 2021, by the Ville Platte Police Department for failure to appear for court and aggravated second degree battery. Lafleur was released on a bond.
• James Trim, 51, Basile, was arrested on April 18, 2021, by the Basile Police Department for simple battery of the infirm and domestic abuse battery. Trim remains incarcerated on no bond.
• James Keyshon Desho Garlow, 19, Ville Platte, was arrested on April 20, 2021, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for carrying a firearm, weapon; schools. Garlow was released on a $20,000.00 bond.
• Market Anthony Freeman, 35, Mamou, was arrested on April 19, 2021, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for illegal use of CDS in presence of minor, possession of CDS Schedule I, possession of CDS Schedule II, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear for court, and probation or parole violation. Freeman remains incarcerated on a $5,000.00 bond.
• Kyle Godfrey Freeman, 32, Ville Platte, was arrested on April 19, 2021, by the Ville Platte Police Department for possession of CDS Schedule I and illegal carrying of weapons. Freeman remains incarcerated on a $5,500.00 bond.
• Gavin Payne Guillory, 18, Ville Platte, was arrested on April 19, 2021, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for illegal possession of stolen firearms and contributing to the delinquency of juveniles. Guillory was released on a $15,000.00 bond.
• DeQuincy Record, 35, Mamou, was arrested on April 19, 2021, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for possession of CDS Schedule I. Record remains incarcerated on no bond.
• Hailey Renee Courville, 20, Ville Platte, was arrested on April 20, 2021, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear for court. Courville remains incarcerated on no bond.
• John Trevor Leger, 29, Pine Prairie, was arrested on April 20, 2021, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for possession of stolen property under $300. Leger remains incarcerated on a $5,000.00 bond.
• James Neal Rozas Jr., 33, Eunice, was arrested on April 20, 2021, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for two counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Rozas Jr. was released on a $50,000.00 bond.
• Ricky Dantony Anderson, 41, Ville Platte, was arrested on April 20, 2021, by Probation and Parole for two counts of failure to appear for court and probation or parole violator. Anderson remains incarcerated on no bond.
