Domestic disturbance leads to a death in Ville Platte

A Ville Platte resident is dead after intervening in a domestic disturbance earlier this afternoon on Friday. According to Chief Neal Lartigue with the Ville Platte Police Department, the death was the result of a hit on the head. The matter remains under investigation.
