On March 6, 2021 at approximately 2:00 a.m. Officers with the Ville Platte Police Department responded to an attempted break in a pharmacy building on Jack Miller Road in Ville Platte. Upon arrival it was determined that two male suspects attempted to gain entry to the building by crawling underneath and trying to break through the floor. The suspects were unsuccessful and fled on foot.
