A memorial gathering was held Sunday, October 2, 2022, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Ville Platte for Dorothy “Dot” Knighten Duplechain, who passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at the age of 72. A Rosary was prayed in her honor at 3 p.m. Sunday, October 2, 2022 and was led by Deacon Chuck Ortego.
