Ville Platte City Council holds reapportionment workshop

Based on the most recent census figures, three of the six council districts in Ville Platte deviated more than 5% higher or lower than the average district size of 1,051. District B (Jerry Joseph) had a population of 1,115, a 6% deviation; District C (Mike Perron) had a 14% deviation; and District D (Lionel Anderson) had a -11% deviation.
