Smoked Meat Festival Cookoff winners are announced
PROFESSIONAL GRAND CHAMPION - Teet’s Food Store Team 1, with head chef Justin Lafleur and team members Luke Deville and Lonnie Andrus, was the overall professional grand champion winner with their dish “Duck Bombs.” The team also placed first in professional tasso, professional smoked seafood, and professional smoked game.
AMATEUR GRAND CHAMPION - Cajun Grillerz, with head chef Lance Landreneau and team members Bob Reed, Neal Ardoin and Macey Waas, was the overall amateur grand champion winner with their dish “The Unknown.” They also placed first in amateur tasso and amateur smoked poultry.
