By: TONY MARKS Editor After two years away because of COVID-19, the Flat Town Culinary Academy returned as part of the programs offered through the Ville Platte Girls-Boys Place. Because of the hiatus, Chef Terryl Jackson had to start from scratch to rebuild the program. He did so this year with five young ladies, whom he recognized during an end of the year banquet held Thursday, July 21…
