In between sets performed by the Evangeline Parish School Board Jazz Ensemble, Nicholas Stelly of Pine Prairie High School, was named the Outstanding Work Based Student of the Year during the Work-Based Appreciation Luncheon held Thursday, March 10, at the Ville Platte Civic Center.
