Summer Reading plans have begun! We are looking forward to getting back to our full June and July programming for the kids. The theme this year is “Oceans of Possibilities,” and the staff is already getting quite creative with its plans! Our calendars will be out in mid-May, but here’s some early news: early registration begins the last week of May. Our performers begin in June, and they are Chatty the Mime (from New Orleans), Native American Storyteller and Flautist Peter Villegas, and Ventriloquist Donna Lavergne. The Friends of the Library also have a surprise in store! July will be filled with lots of cool, local talent too, so visit our website often.
