At the Library

Good news to share! Even though the mandate of mask wearing and social distancing while in the library will stay in place, we are now able to host public programs again in February! Please help us share this recent good news with the Quilting Club, the Mystery Book Club, Medicare Educational group, the Puzzle Club at Pine Prairie Branch Library, the French Table and Story Hour at Basile Branch Library, and the new Writing Class offered by Christopher Fontenot at the main library.
We continue to try and keep our kids and teens engaged so our Brilliant Butterflies and Books and Beyond Teen Club facilitators continue to have cool “Take and Make” crafts available. Our Facebook “Story Hour” will continue every second and fourth Thursday at 8 p.m. Please share this special story hour with your little ones!
Additionally, I can’t say enough about the cool digital game board that we have at the main library for kids, teens and / or families.
