Tri-Parish unemployment rates were down and the workforce was up in July compared to a year ago, according to statistics released Friday by the Louisiana Workforce Commission.
The workforce for St. Landry, Acadia and Evangeline parishes totaled 67,990 in July, up 2,940 or 4.5% from July 2020.
