Members of the community, as well as city officials, gathered at multiple locations, on Sunday, October, 23, as ground was broken on city park improvements.
The groundbreakings were held at Hargrove Park, on Alton Locks St.; Hope Park, at the corner of Lincoln Road and N.E. Railroad Ave.; and the Northside City Park, on Soileau St.
