Police Jury holds annual French meeting

French Immersion students sing Christmas carols in French during the annual French meeting of the Evangeline Parish Police Jury held Tuesday, December 14. The sounds of Christmas carols en français performed by French Immersion students filled the meeting room of the Evangeline Parish Police Jury as the governing body held its annual French meeting on Tuesday, December 14.
While the meeting was conducted in French, Senator Heather Cloud gave a legislative update in English. “A lot of great things are happening for Evangeline Parish,” she said…
