The Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (JROTC) Cadet Corp at Ville Platte High School earned 196 out of a possible 200 points in a recent JROTC Program Accreditation Inspection. For its achievement, the corp was named as an Honor Unit with Distinction and was recognized at the meeting of the Evangeline Parish School Board held Wednesday, March 16.
