After hearing from Evangeline Parish Sheriff Charles Guilloruy during its meeting held Monday, February 7, the Evangeline Parish Police Jury voted to work toward constructing a new parish jail in the Industrial Park. The jury will now continue researching the matter and getting all the necessary information.
