The Pine Prairie Village Council, during its meeting on Thursday, February 9, heard from Sue Ortis about property next to her home that belonged to Wade Deshotel.
Ortis told the council Deshotel passed away in June of 2017 and nobody has been around the property since then. She went on to say rats are coming onto her property from the Deshotel property.
