The second annual Cotton Festival Black Pot Cook-off is set for Saturday, October 14, at the Northside Civic Center.
The entry fee is $75 for a 12X12 booth. Early bird special is $50 through the end of September. Booth decor awards will be given out, and the theme is “Peace, Love, Cotton.”
