HOUMA - A five-run lead was not enough for the Sacred Heart baseball squad as Covenant Christian went on a merry-go-round ride that produced seven runs on only two singles in the bottom of the fifth inning. The Lions added a run on a solo shot in the bottom of the sixth to earn the 9-5 win and cancel the Trojans’ travel plans for the state tournament in Sulphur.
