Communications students from Evangeline Reimagine Academy, on Thursday, September 25, visited the office of the Ville Platte Gazette. The students met the staff, took a tour of the office, and had a fun time looking through the newspaper’s archives. The students also engaged the newspaper’s editorial staff in a question-and-answer period where some of the discussion revolved around the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the newsroom.
